Black Oystercatcher bird in Prince William Sound, Alaska

A bird called a black Oystercatcher in Prince William Sound, Alaska. The green is called beach greens and is edible. Kelp and pebbles and dried kelp is present. The bird is threatened and apparently 1/2 of the nesting population is in Prince William Sound. Unknowingly, I may have been disturbing this bird as it nested in Prince William Sound. I hope that my ignorance did not cause a nest failure.
