Vive la Magpie

Conservationists from around North America including environmentalist Robert Kennedy Jr., representatives from GreenPeace, writers, the media, and many other environmental groups, convened for this expedition to draw attention to the river and the dam that threatens it. Published in the April 2005 issue of National Geographic Adventure.
